At PeopleFirst, Earl and several members of the team are certified to deliver 360 Assessments from the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), one of the world’s leading leadership development institutions. The 360 process helps leaders understand how they are perceived by their teams, peers, and stakeholders, providing valuable insights that drive greater self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.
Earl brings a wealth of experience from his leadership roles within Canada’s Federal Government, where he led large, distributed teams and managed significant real estate portfolios. This background gives him a deep appreciation for the complexity of leading in modern organizations.

Earl holds an MBA from Queen’s University, is bilingual in English and French, and serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and founders across sectors.
